We understand that, at this time, many Agents may not be able to leave their homes to get the Affidavit notarized. We want to ensure the safety and well-being of all Service Partners and do our part to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. To that end, at this time we would like to let you know that, effective immediately: We are temporarily amending the Affidavit process and it will NOT NEED to be notarized. Which means that you can complete it quickly and without the need to leave your homes to find a notarization service.
Security is of the utmost importance to Arise and Virtual Representatives, our clients and the vendors that utilize the Arise platform to conduct their business. As business owners, we know you can appreciate the significant role security plays in today’s business environment. As a pre-requisite to receiving any client contract offer, you are required to submit Photo Identification , proof of physical address, an affidavit of Identification and a W9 form to Virtual Representatives. Additionally, Arise Virtual Solutions may require a background check and drug screening.
If it is determined that any document has been forged or does not belong to the individual presenting the document, the account is subject to immediate suspension or deactivation and removal from Virtual Representatives and Arise. Any monies that have been earned fraudulently are immediately forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and reliability your equipment.
The following items are prohibited and, upon detection, may subject your company to the suspension or termination:
You receive payment for your services on the 1st and the 15th of every month by direct deposit.
You can expect to receive your invoice no later than 2 days prior to your deposit date.
If you provide services from the 1st through the 15th, your payment is sent to you on the 1st of the following month. If you provide services between the 16th and the end of the month, your payment is sent to you on the 15th of the following month.
Remember to take into consideration your pay dates and when you pick your first weeks hours.
If you are given posting access for the end of the month, be sure to pick hours starting on the 1st. If you are given posting access on the 13th, be sure to choose hours starting on the 16th.
If you are given access to choose in the middle of a pay period, remember that the service fee’s come out regardless of how many intervals you service. If your paycheck is $40, the service fee’s will make your revenue payment $0. ”
Example: If you service from March 1st through March 15th, your payment will be made to you on April 1st. If you service from March 16th – March 31st, your payment is made to you for that period of time on April 15th.
